HOW TO REGISTER
     The participants of symposium are requested to register in this website, no later than February 28, 2010.
    After this date, you are advised to register on site.

  • Korean participants are requested to make the payment for registration fee by wire transfer. If you would like to make the payment by credit card, it can only be made with above US currency amount.
  • The registration fee includes the participation in the scientific program, exhibition, symposium kit, lunch, coffee break and welcome dinner. (Accompanying persons cannot attend scientific program.)
  • The receipt of registration can be collected from the Registration Desk, located at the registration area during the Conference.
  • All Residents and fellows are required to send a scanned copy of a letter of verification to the AOMC2010 through email at secretariat@aomc2010.com
  
 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Pre-registration:
Registration fee can be paid as follows:

  • Credit card : On-line registration system is linked with e-commerce payment system.
  • Bank Transfer : Name of Bank : Woori Bank

  • All Bank Remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.
  • Sender's name should be the registrant's name.
  • A scanned copy of the bank remittance receipt should be emailed to the secretariat@aomc2010.com.
On-site Registration:
The registration desk can accept registration fee in cash (in Korean Won only) or by credit card. (VISA and Master only)

REGISTRATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
 
  • Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail within three days after on-line Registration.

REGISTRATION COFIRMATION

 

 
  • Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the appropriate payment.
  • Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
  • Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by e-mail to secretariat@aomc2010.com.
  • All Refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons.
  • All Bank Services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
  • Please refer to the following dates for cancellation.
    - January 1, 2010 through January 31, 2010 : 80% of amount paid
      (Bank service charges will be deducted by registrant.)
    - February 1, 2010 through February 28, 2010 : 50% of amount paid
      (Bank service charges will be deducted by registrant.)
    - From February 28, 2010 : No refund
